RETURNS & REFUND POLICY Company: All Your Storage, LLC

1. RENTAL REFUNDS Rent is non-refundable for partial months. If a tenant vacates a unit before the end of the current billing cycle, no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days of that month.

2. PRE-PAID RENT If a tenant has pre-paid for multiple months in advance and chooses to vacate, any full, unused months may be refunded, provided a written notice of at least 10 days is given prior to the next billing cycle.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES All administrative, setup, and reservation fees are strictly non-refundable once paid.

4. MERCHANDISE RETURNS Unopened and unused merchandise (such as locks or packing supplies) purchased at our facility may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund.
